30-Day / 1,000-Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty

Qualifying West Virginia State Inspected vehicles sold by Ten Point Pre-Owned Auto Sales include a 30-Day or 1,000-Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty, whichever occurs first from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty provides 50% coverage of covered parts and 50% of labor costs for eligible powertrain repairs. Warranty repairs must be performed at Ten Point Pre-Owned Auto Sales to qualify for coverage. Repairs completed at any other repair facility  are not covered under this limited warranty.

The limited powertrain warranty applies only to covered components and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations provided at the time of sale. Routine maintenance, wear-and-tear items, cosmetic concerns, and damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or lack of required maintenance are not covered.

Customers are responsible for contacting Ten Point Pre-Owned Auto Sales promptly if a covered issue arises during the warranty period. Continued operation of the vehicle after a known mechanical issue may result in additional damage that is not covered by this warranty.
